Job offer description
Employment starting first week of September.
Apple picking experience preferrable. Soft fruit picking or mushroom harvesting experience also preferrable.
People tending to come back annually will be given preference. Raw new recruits will find apple harvest tough going but not impossible and can be trained.
Physical ability is essential, mental attitude is necessary.
Minimum Agricultural wage plus productivity bonus which once the basic wage is covered is well rewarded if quality of work is of high standard.
