Accommodation Assistants
What you will be doing :
Providing excellent service and attention to detail to ensure our guests have perfectly relaxing and enjoyable experiences at Hogs Head Golf Club
Cleaning of Guest bedrooms and Public Areas to the highest of standards, ensuring they are clean, well maintained and attractively presented at all times whilst following all standard operating procedures
Proactively anticipate guests’ needs
Maintain a high standard of communication with your colleagues and Manager

Required Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in Accommodation roles desirable but not essential
Demonstrate experience in improving guest satisfaction
Ability to work in a team environment
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
Hands-on work ethic
Self-motivated, able to take initiative and multi task efficiently
