Teleperformance Poland has been present on the Polish market for 20 years and has been one of the first call contact centers established in Poland.
Teleperformance in Poland currently employs over 1100 employees, citizens of 45 different countries, who serve customers in 17 languages. We operate in four sites located in Warsaw and Katowice.
We provide multichannel and multilingual customer service, technical support and customer acquisition, for companies from B2B and B2C sector, operating in e-commerce, retail, electronics, banking, financial services, energy, FMCG, media, automotive and healthcare industries.
