Can you gather the threads and “tie the knot”?

Trademark Textiles A/S produces, designs, and sells private label accessories to well-known fashion brands all over Europe.

We are expanding our business and therefore we are looking for a person to support our passionate colleagues. The right candidate

will thrive through coordinating orders with the factories and forwarders, keep the overview of deadlines, sending invoices, booking

of transportations, controlling textile samples, and a lot of other tasks, which will add value to our customers.

You gain energy from being the one who gathers the threads and “ties the knot” and makes everything come together. On time.

We operate in a fast-paced industry that goes across borders and cultures. Therefore, we expect you to have interest in working in

an international company and be curious to know different nationalities.

As Supply Chain Coordinator you will be part of the purchasing department and we expect that over time you will help to develop

and shape the job in accordance with the growth of the company and department.

Responsibilities includes:

▪ Follow up on the production and coordinate with customers.

▪ Close cooperation with our factories and colleagues in the Far East.

▪ Coordination of goods receival from suppliers to our warehouse.

▪ Coordination and arranging shipments to our customers.

▪ Document handling.

▪ Other tasks that will make the day go smoother.

▪ Optimize the current set-up and processes.

About you:

▪ You take pride in solving the tasks correctly, taking care of the details.

▪ You can deal with tight deadlines, and at the same time keep the overview.

▪ You can structure your tasks, and you are able to handle changes during the day.

▪ You have good communication skills, so the cooperation runs smoothly.

▪ You have a positive and helpful attitude.

▪ English both spoken and written, German would be an advantage.

▪ Education: AP or above required

▪ You would like to be in the middle of many different cultures.

Your working place will be in Kolding.
