Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer
Melexis is recruiting a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer.
You are responsible for implementation and coordination, on multiple sites, of process and/or project according to Melexis corporate EPMO standards and procedures. You analyze and report supplier performances. You manage, in alignment with Melexis development team, new technology release considering Melexis requirements and business needs. You identify and manage supplier improvement programs related to quality, technical, supply chain and business aspects. You drive solution finding covering technical, quality, supply chain and costs aspects; and ensure deployment of lesson learned. You manage customer audit at supplier premises in accordance with Melexis process.

Profile:
- Master degree in electronic or microelectronic field
- Experience in supplier management
- Experience in Wafer foundry and/or assembly technology and/or subcontracting environment.
- Outward focus and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work with multi-national suppliers, customers and cross functional team
- Profound knowledge in problem solving techniques, process control techniques, yield/process improvement techniques and audit techniques.
- Good project management skills
- Fluent in English; Chinese speaking is an advantage
