The strategy of Card Services is to become the most appreciated card payment service provider in Europe. We do this by ensuring that Card Services has the right strategy and a competitive service portfolio for our customers.
The objective of Card Processing is to ensure business growth and long term profitability in relationship with our key customers. The foundation of Card Processing Services relies on existing Nordic card processing platforms, and investments in new services will build the foundation for the future growth.
Our business is growing rapidly, and we are therefore seeking a new Solution Manager to make the solution designs and business requirements in close co-operation with our customers, our business areas and development unit. Your will spend most of the time in our development projects, where you will play an important role between the customers and Nets’ internal stakeholders in close coorperation with our Sales and business managers.
Travel Requirements: 20-30 days per year
Key reponsibilities and tasks
•Develop solution designs and business requirements for customer cases and new services within the Card service portfolio
•Drive requirement and solution development in Card Processing - both internally and towards the customers according to Nets process and methods
•Support and expand the use of standard solutions to support the profitability
•Help Nets customers to improve business by utilizing existing and new services
•Define business- and user requirements on service development
•Define business acceptance criteria towards IT and Operations
•Take ownership and responsibility in the pre-project phase and ensure proper handover for implementation in IT and own organisation
•Ensure that solutions are in line with Nets IT strategy, Cards strategy, business architecture and product roadmaps
•Have the holistic overview of Cards services, solutions and products
•Contribute to the development of service roadmaps in cooperation with Business- and Product Managers in Card Services
Preferred background and qualifications
•Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with product development from the Cards payment industry
•Experience from customer development projects and cooperation with IT organization
•Ability to understand how Nets’ solutions can best be utilized in connection with the customer’s solutions
•Deep understanding - Commercial and technical - of the Card Processing value chain
•Understanding of core concepts and development of business architecture
•Relevant, higher education, preferably a postgraduate degree
•Excellent English skills, oral and written

•Excellent communication skills and ability to organize work and cooperate with team members, regardless of their organizational positions and reporting lines
•Positive outgoing personality with solid skills in communication, presenting and training in various levels of organisation
•Structured and analytical person, able to work independently, take responsibily and make decisions
•Good networking skills and strong in the interaction and dialogue with customers
