The opportunity
Within our Innovation Center, you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage yearly FM related capital and expense projects within time budget and quality
- Maintain building documentation for current and past projects
- Manage and implement FM global (insurance company) recommendations
- Ensure projects EHS alignment
- Be the contact person for FM related questions
- Manage FM service technician team and FM coordinator for daily maintenance and individuals development management
- Control FM integrated supplier (update building specifications (with FM coordinator), perform quality control, performance follow up, participate to governance meetings
- Monitor building seat capacity vs requirements and ensure update seating plan, organize moves
- Develop, improve and implement FM related processes and standards (building drawings and documentation, desk layout, waste gathering,…)
To join our team you will need:
Education:
- Master degree in engineering or equivalent experience with a strong technical background
Languages:
- English is a must
- Good knowledge of German, French and/or Luxembourgish is an asset
Experience:
- The candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience of project management (affecting multiple departments), building documentation, spec control, technical and environmental reception of equipment
Skills & Qualifications:
- Very good communication skills on all levels
- Open minded with very good interpersonal skills
- Good presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead a small team
- Be flexible and be able to put priorities
