The opportunity

Within our Innovation Center, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage yearly FM related capital and expense projects within time budget and quality
  • Maintain building documentation for current and past projects
  • Manage and implement FM global (insurance company) recommendations
  • Ensure projects EHS alignment
  • Be the contact person for FM related questions
  • Manage FM service technician team and FM coordinator for daily maintenance and individuals development management
  • Control FM integrated supplier (update building specifications (with FM coordinator), perform quality control, performance follow up, participate to governance meetings
  • Monitor building seat capacity vs requirements and ensure update seating plan, organize moves
  • Develop, improve and implement FM related processes and standards (building drawings and documentation, desk layout, waste gathering,…)

To join our team you will need:

Education:

  • Master degree in engineering or equivalent experience with a strong technical background

Languages:

  • English is a must
  • Good knowledge of German, French and/or Luxembourgish is an asset

Experience:

  • The candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience of project management (affecting multiple departments), building documentation, spec control, technical and environmental reception of equipment

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Very good communication skills on all levels
  • Open minded with very good interpersonal skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a small team
  • Be flexible and be able to put priorities
