You need to be willing to share your knowledge and be open to new influences in cooking techniques and different cuisines, as well as being a team player. You have to be prepared to take on various tasks in the kitchen. It is important that you have a genuine interest in service and have a true passion for food.
To be considered an interesting candidate you will have to meet the following requirements:
- 2+ years of experience
- Vocational training in your field of culinary occupation
- English communication skills
The working conditions are beneficial, wage and monetary benefits are determined by Swedish collective agreements. You work 40 hours per week. Employers will, in some cases, offer accommodation at your own cost, often low.
