Would you like to ensure quality, efficiency and continued development within wind power in Denmark and abroad? Join us and become our new Team lead for our team of electrical installation & commissioning supervisors at our offshore- and onshore substations. The team's primary responsibility is to assist the commissioning manager throughout electrical installation and commissioning processes including: planning, electrical installation, testing, commissioning, energizing, documenting and asset handover. The team consists of 8-10 employees and approx. 30 consultants and is part of the department Substations Electrical & Commissioning Management. You may choose freely to be based either at one of our Danish offices in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area or in Skærbæk near Fredericia or alternatively at our London office in the United Kingdom or our Hamburg office in Germany on local terms and conditions. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work. Your key duties will be to •drive development, motivate and empowerment of the team’s employees and ensure certificates and skills are updated •manage and develop interfaces towards all stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are met •ensure safety is a key player in your team and employees mind-set •participate in develop and update standard documents to be used for supervision and commissioning •conduct day to day human resource management, such as vacation approvals •participate in development of the overall strategy within the field of electrical installation & commissioning •assure sourcing of resources/allocation of both employees and consultants to our projects for both on- and offshore substations. Your qualifications and core competences include that you •have a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, specialised within electrical commissioning •have built up professional competences and leadership experiences from relevant working experience •have project coordination skills and experience in handling professional dialogues with stakeholders •have experience in leading teams in a matrix organisation and speak and write English fluently •have extensive practical as well as theoretical experience with electrical components, such as LV, MV, HV, SCADA and installations.
