Are you passionate about project management and are you experienced in developing and implementing packaging processes and equipment?
We are looking for a project manager in the Assembly & Packaging department in Device Manufacturing Development (DMD). In this role you will be the key player in implementing optimal solutions within packaging in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders around the world.
About the department
In Assembly & Packaging Project Office our challenge is to execute an increasing portfolio of diverse projects within capacity expansions, process development & optimisation and response to regulatory compliance signals.
You will be joining a team of 9 dedicated and ambitious project managers with various backgrounds striving for excellence within pharmaceutical finished production. The job base is located in Hillerød but as our portfolio supports production sites and suppliers around the world you should expect 20-40 travelling days per year.
The job
You will be responsible for driving and supporting projects within the packaging portfolio with the aim of securing robust solutions that comply with Novo Nordisk’s high quality, compliance and productivity requirements. You will be responsible for setting clear goals and targets based on input from decision makers in production, R&D, regulatory affairs and marketing. You will identify and plan the project activities and will be responsible for stakeholder management, reporting to management and for inspiring and motivating your team to deliver excellent results.
Qualifications
You have a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or similar, supplemented with minimum 5 years’ experience as project manager within the pharmaceutical industry. Moreover you have experience with development and implementation of packaging processes and equipment.
On a personal level, you are a self-starter and thrive with driving tasks independently to the finish line. You can impact professionals and decision makers across the organisation thanks to your excellent communication and collaboration skills. You are a dedicated team player and are able to quickly integrate into existing teams. You are used to taking the lead within your own area and use your skills to guide your stakeholders in a complex, diverse and global environment. Additionally you work in a structured way and are used to deliver according to targets. Lastly, you are fluent in both written and spoken English on a professional level.
