Brief Description
We are looking for two Project Managers in Civil and Structural
Ready to assume an important and central role and to travel the world?
The Plant & Civil Engineering Department is part of the Project Engineering in the Cement Project Division in Denmark. We execute EPC Cement Plant Project for most of FLSmidth's global cement market. You will be part of a Project manager team responsible for planning, coordination internal and external, fronting the civil and structural design on the project on a multidisciplinary project.
Detailed Description
EPC Project responsibilities:
As a Project Manager in Civil and Structural you will be responsible for execution of civil and structural EPC Cement projects. Your focus is to ensure deliverables on time, on budget and with top-class quality. It will be your job to:
· Front our customers on all civil and structural matters
· Planning and startup of 3-4 civil and structural design firm
· Interact with Geotechnical experts and support for our civil design
· Have close cooperation with Plant layout and Electrical engineering.
· You shall focus on Project Bill of Quantities for proposal, designed and built.
· Support site during installation
· Risk management.
Working in a global, project-oriented environment, you will have many contacts e.g. to external customers and vendors, internal departments such as engineering and sales. You can look forward to challenging workdays and training that could inspire you to grow personally and professionally in one of Denmark’s major and most experienced project organisations. You can expect 60-80 yearly travel days in connection with visiting customers, Vendors, sites and our offices around the world.
Job Requirements
Engineer with overview and technical flair
You hold a relevant Engineering degree, experience from working as Project Manager and have a solid experience with detailed design of reinforced concrete and steel structure at major industrial plants or in large international projects. You bring a high level of commercial understanding, negotiating skills team oriented and the ability to deliver strong results.
