arvato Polska is a part of arvato AG group, which belongs to the international media concern Bertelsmann SE & Co.KGaA. Since 1994, as an outsourcing pioneer in Poland, we have been providing a wide range of services ranging from advanced IT solutions, mass correspondence (lettershop), logistics, telephone contact centres, implementing loyalty programmes, and specialised financial services (mainly factoring, monitoring and vindication as well as financial BPO).
