The opportunity

• Execute hardware installations on vehicles (e.g. tractors, trailers, buses) of fleet customers
• Assure quality of installations following the installation playbook and standards
• Check / pre-alignment with customer regarding scheduled visits to ensure vehicle availability
• Execute necessary trouble shooting in the field (repair / swap of hardware).
• Train service providers / fleet customers on sensor and telematics installations and supervise their work (e.g. outsourced installations)

To join our team you will need:

Education:

• The candidate should have a technical degree in Mechanics, commercial vehicle mechanics electrics

Experience:

• Experience in mechanical and electrical works seen as an asset (installation, repair…)
• Technical experience with trucks (Tractor and Trailer), truck related telematics and tires (pressure monitoring)
• Strong technical background, including basic IT skills
• Experience with planning and scheduling
• EBS certification seen as an asset

Languages:

• English Is must. French and German will be considered as strong assets

Skills & Qualifications:

• Travel requirement up to 75% including availability at weekends
• Flexible and self-motivated
• Works autonomously and takes initiatives (troubleshooting).
• Very persistent and stress resistant.
• Good communication skills
• Team Player
