Tasks:

  • Providing IT technical support in English and German language
  • Helping end to end users in their IT tools
  • Managing error reports and up-following
  • Working in error report ticketing tools

Requirements:

  • Minimum higher education - OR - higher education in progress
  • Fluent English and German language knowledge (both in written and verbal)
  • MS Office professional user
  • Willing to work in shifts for 7/24
