Highly professional and well implemented IT quality assurance is a key to success with IT for Novo Nordisk A/S. For our Corporate IT QA department we are looking for a Senior IT Quality Advisor (IT QA) to join our team of six specialists.
About the department
The Corporate IT QA department is a part of Corporate IT in Novo Nordisk A/S, which employs approximately 500 highly skilled IT professionals in Denmark and India. Corporate IT QA is responsible for the quality management process, which facilitates that external requirements are reflected in Novo Nordisk quality management system. The department serves as competence center for IT quality assurance throughout Novo Nordisk. Corporate IT QA is also responsible for quality assurance of strategic IT systems, projects and infrastructure used globally in Novo Nordisk.
The job
As Senior IT Quality Advisor you will be part of a team of expert responsible for driving the continued development and daily activities of the IT QA competence center anchored in Corporate IT QA. In this capacity, you will have a central role in defining and implementing the future setup to provide support and training in IT compliance and quality assurance matters to the global QA organisation. Through your work, you will be a key contributor to the cross-company, professional network for those involved in IT quality assurance.
You will also be directly responsible for providing expert advice to the quality organisations across Novo Nordisk globally. This will include issues related to key quality deliverables to specific IT systems and projects. Activities will range from advising on quality planning, approving quality related deliverables, to preparations for audits and inspections. The work requires close collaboration with the local QA, the project/system management teams and stakeholders in line of business. In this context, you will be expected to leverage quality assurance, IT and business process knowledge to ensure both efficient and effective quality assurance and compliance.
Furthermore, you will be involved in the preparation of procedures and guidelines, development of global IT processes, teaching selected topics, and resolving complex quality management, validation and compliance issues.

Qualifications
The position requires significant insight into key IT processes, e.g. software engineering, quality management, project management, change and configuration management, IT security, risk management, testing and auditing. The Senior IT Quality Advisor should also demonstrate solid insight into business processes, e.g. logistics or manufacturing. It would be preferred, if you have experience with quality and project management.

You thrive with stakeholder interaction and you are able to present complex matters in a clear and precise way. You are considered an enthusiastic and committed team player, and enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment with tight deadlines while maintaining a good sense of humour.
You hold a degree in a relevant subject, preferably with a strong IT substance, and have at least 5 years’ experience from similar positions. Finally, you must be fluent in written and spoken English.
