Product Quality Assurance Engineer

Melexis is recruiting a Produkt Quality Assurance Engineer.

You lead the resolution of internal alerts on product level You lead the resolution of customer complaints You lead the failure analysis process You support transfer from Development to Production You act as solution path finder through the different Melexis departments and Melexis suppliers You are responsible for the overall yield and product quality from product release throughout product life time You assist in validation of product related changes You update product related documentation, procedures and instructions.

Profile

• Technical background of semiconductor processes (design, wafer process, assembly and testing)
• Advanced knowledge of problem solving methods, including yield- and process improvement techniques
• Advanced knowledge of quality, reliability, software and engineering tools / methods
• Advanced knowledge of failure mechanisms and analysis methods
• Persuasive customer communication skills
• Good skills to explains and sells solutions to internal/external customers through rational arguments
• Ownership
• Excellent knowledge of English
• High degree in electronic or micro-electronic field
