Be our go-to-person to ensure the LEGO DNA As our new Platform Manager, you will step into Design Lab, a department that bridges design and manufacturing. Here, you analyse internal and external insights that are relevant to continuously allow for informed choices - e.g. within the LEGO Element portfolio, colours, materials and print techniques - as well as identify changes. Extrovert facilitator who knows how to get commitment The key to your success is your ability to read between the lines and translate the intangible into concrete analyses that view an issue from all angles, in order to form the basis for informed decision made by the Leadership Team and other stakeholders.
