The Materials and Surface Engineering section in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Denmark is seeking candidate for a PhD position in the field of “climatic reliability of electronics” focusing on understanding the nature of metal-polymer interfaces, and water and gas transport characteristic leading to corrosion reliability issues. Proposed PhD project is a part of the CreCon Industrial consortium on climatic reliability of electronics (http://www.mek.dtu.dk.
