Business Unit Field Services & Workshops (FS&WS) in Marine Power is a global organisation with harmonised ways of working and tools to deliver the best possible services for our customers. FS&WS is one of the key enablers to support customers towards sustainable future with the latest technologies. We are now looking for a several Mechanical Engineers to join our Finnish Global Field Services team. Our primary locations in Finland are Turku and Vaasa, but we are flexible in terms of your location in Finland. Positions require travelling globally around 150 days per a year.
Our Mechanical Engineers in the roles of Service Engineers or Superintendents typically perform commissioning, overhauls, trouble shootings, on-site repairs, audits and analysis as well as upgrades and retrofits, on marine and land-based installations with Wärtsilä newest engines and equipment. Our team focuses on new, the next generation 4S products (W14, W31, W46X and W2X). Safety, environment, and wellbeing are our foundation, and we never compromise them in our daily work.

To be successful in this role, we expect you have:
- B.Sc or M.Sce degree in Mechanical engineering or similar experience gained through working
- Good command in English, both written and oral to communicate with our clients
- Technical problem-solving skills
- Willingness and flexibility to travel globally
