On behalf of Biogen, Adecco is looking for Manufacturing Associates with experience within various areas of biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
If you have biopharmaceutical production experience within cell culture or fermentation, and would you like to play an important part in world-class biotech production at Biogen, then it might be you we are looking for.
You will perform daily production routines in a cGMP environment. The manufacturing process encompasses cell culture from shaker flask expansion through 15000L bioreactors to recovery.
Your team will be responsible for preparation and operation of all cell culture manufacturing equipment.
Other tasks include:
• Revision of cGMP documents
• Handling / completion of batch documentation
• In process measurements and aseptic sampling
• Execution of validation protocols
• Read and understand work instructions (in English).
Your profile:
The ideal candidate is a qualified industrial or process operator or has a similar relevant background combined with solid experience working in a similar position. Alternatively you are a recent graduate with solid theoretical knowledge and hands on experience on lab scale.
You are technically sound, have a quality mind set and have a good understanding of production equipment and procedures, and you are good with numbers and calculations.
You are proficiently using IT tools and you have probably some experience with Delta V as well as a good level of English.

Furthermore, you are a good team player who thrives on setting a good example. You are flexible in relation to duties and working hours. You must be keen on learning new things, and the first period will of course include thorough training.
Working Hours:
You will get to work on a permanent night shift. You will work 7 days during a 14 day period, including every other weekend.
