The Opportunity
You will have the opportunity to join the Applied Physical Metrology test laboratories of Goodyear’s Innovation Center in Luxembourg & you will :
- Work in the area compound weighing and mixing
- Work in the area of compound preparation and curing
- Participate in laboratory improvements
- Be able to lift / handle rubber bales or curing molds (up to 25 kg)
- Working on 3 shift system, 5 days/week (6-14, 14-22,22-6)
To join our team you will need:
Education
- The candidate must at least have DAP or DT (preferred).
Languages
- The candidate must have a good knowledge of English & at least one of the following languages: French, German and/or Luxembourgish.
Experience
- Knowledge of common PC usage.
- Experience in working in an international environment is preferred.
- Additional technical working experience will be considered as an asset.
Soft skills & others

Im Physikalischen Testlabor des Goodyear Innovation Center in Luxemburg (GIC*L)
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Abwiegen & Mischen von Gummimischungen
- Vorbereitung & Vulkanisation von Prüfkörpern
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Arbeitsprozesse
- Arbeiten im 3-Schicht System (5 Tage / Woche)
Ihr Profil:
- Schulabschluss: DAP oder DT (bevorzugt)
- Kandidaten mit technischen Berufserfahrungen bzw. mit Berufserfahrungen in einem internationalen Umfeld werden bevorzugt
- Sprachkenntnisse in mindestens 2 der 4 Sprachen: Englisch, Deutsch, Französisch oder Luxemburgisch
- PC Kenntnisse (MS Office)
- Strukturiertes und sorgfältiges Arbeiten
- Teamfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative
- Wille zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtsystem (6-14, 14-22, 22-6)
- Fähigkeit Lasten bis 25 kg zu heben

- Peser et mélanger de la gomme
- Préparer et vulcaniser des échantillons de test
- Améliorer les protocoles de travail
- Travail sur 3 poses (5 jours/semaine) (6-14, 14-22, 22-6)
Votre Profil :
- Niveau d´études : DAP ou DT (préféré)
- Des candidats ayant des connaissances techniques respectivement d’avoir travaillé dans une entreprise internationale seront favorisés
- 2 des 4 langues suivantes sont requises : français, anglais, allemand et luxembourgeois
- Bonnes connaissances informatiques (MS Office)
- Travailler consciencieusement et minutieusement
- Bonnes capacités d’adaptation, d’initiative et de flexibilité
- Etre capable de soulever 25 kg
