Help ensure the required high availability of our IT infrastructure As a junior infrastructure engineer, you join the Core Infrastructure team that is responsible for operating LEGO datacentres globally. More specifically, the team focuses on installation and maintenance of servers and storage, including monitoring and capacity management. Participating in the daily operation of servers and storage, your tasks will be to: - Troubleshoot hardware-related incidents - Implement standard changes according to requirements - Change request, release and service management in an ITIL context - Assist in capacity management - Prepare and maintain technical documentation The technologies we work with in the team are Dell servers and blade chassis, IBM P-series servers, HP SAN switches, HP3par storage and IBM Storwize storage.
