International Business Sales Executive - Brazilian Market

2x International Business Sales Executive – Brazilian Market required to work at Intercambio Study Travel Limited, located at Ground floor Ormond Building 31-36 Ormond Quay Upper. Duties are: 1. Discusses customer requirements and advises them on the capabilities and limitations of sale of composite packages to Brazilians students wishing study in Ireland; 2. Quotes prices and payment arrangements; 3. Makes follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to obtain further leads; 3. Stays abreast of advances and updates in field and suggests possible improvements to service; 4. Maintains records and accounts of sales made and handles customer complaints; 5. Discusses business methods and services and targets customer group with employer in order to identify marketing strategies. The candidate must hold a certificate in sales or marketing, must have at least 2 years' experience related to sales and must speak Portuguese (Brazilian). Hours: 39 per week.
