About the department

The Business Ethics Compliance Office (BECO) is responsible for the development and implementation of the Novo Nordisk business ethics strategy. Within BECO, the EFPIA (European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations) Program team supports our European affiliates in ensuring efficient and lean implementation of the EFPIA Disclosure Code, which requires public transparency on all value transfers to external stakeholders. The team is committed ensure that we maintain and build healthy relationships in the pharmaceutical industry.



The job

You will be part of a team of 4 colleagues sitting in Denmark as well as a European team of 20 people. You will develop project plans for the EFPIA implementation, plan and conduct bi-weekly cross European team and stakeholder meetings. Additionally, you will clean and analyse incoming data and manage the reporting, develop performance dashboards, manage follow up tasks with affiliates, create inspiring and informative communications and finally, maintain the project Globeshare/Web.



Qualifications

We are looking for an intern who is passionate about learning about project and program execution with high attention to detail and a well-developed cross organisational mindset. You are able to structure multiple tasks and prioritize your time in order to meet deadlines while working among many different international stakeholders. You have a strong ability to communicate across cultures as well as knowing how to fully leverage the functionalities of PowerPoint and Excel. Your spoken and written English must be at an advanced level and you are among the top 5% of performers at a Bachelor/Master degree.

Practicalities

Qualification: Students in their first or second year of their master studies.

Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 5 months.
