Nordea has just started the journey towards a more digitalized service offering and you will be in charge of creating and directing the architecture for customer facing solutions designed for the future.
The position we offer
Domain Architecture in Solutions & IT encompasses the responsibilities for:
-Managing and governing cross business unit dependencies in particular relationship with existing solutions and strategic initiatives
-Creating and maintaining Digital Banking IT strategy and vision documentation
-Updating Nordea architecture community of Digital Banking IT strategy, visions and roadmaps
-Domain architecture and technologies across portfolio.
-Direction setting for solutions, ensuring long term support of strategies
-Ensuring architecture dependencies and opportunities in portfolio are managed
-Managing cross domain dependencies in particular relationship with existing solutions and upcoming strategic initiatives
-Governance for deciding and approving SAD’s and other architectural objects
You will manage a small group of very senior architects and is part of the management team of Digital Banking, Solutions & IT.
You will report to the head of S&IT.

You must as a servant leader have a comprehensive view of the quality of people, work, and community spirit. In the context of this position, the focus is on ensuring that the architecture trade are professionalised, and that all architectural layers are handled by the best qualified IT architects.
