We are looking for a new colleague to take over a position of Global Supply Chain Director in Radiometer.
As a member of the Global Operations Management team you will lead the Global Supply Chain to ensure a continued growth and customer satisfaction through maintaining stability in the current production and distribution setup, establishing a worldwide distribution strategy and ensuring successful implementation and ongoing improvement.
You will report directly to the VP of Operations and lead the Global Supply Team that includes GS planning and execution teams, and EU distribution team. You will also have indirect responsibility for Supply Chain Managers in our production facilities worldwide.

The job
This position plays a key role in our global organization and the main challenges ahead for the person will among other include:
- Global Distribution Strategy
- Securing and sustaining Global OTD
- Improving global inventory turns/working capital
- Driving and improving global S&OP process
- Building Global operations 10 years sales forecast in corporation with Marketing
- Building production plans for all production sites globally
- Improve and sustain Master data
- EU distribution Centre
You can expect up to 40 days of travel per year
Qualifications

We believe that the following formal qualifications will improve your chances of success:
- Master Degree in Engineering, Operations Management or Supply Chain required
- MBA degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management, with a minimum of 3 years of direct management experience in one of the above disciplines.
- Experience working in a global, multicultural environment with multiple stakeholders in a collaborative manner.
- Lean manufacturing experience required. Solid knowledge and demonstrated understanding of kanban and other inventory control methods. Experience with value stream mapping, 5S, statistics based problem solving, visual management and standard work required
- Use of lean methodology and techniques to improve productivity, reduce cost, improve delivery performance
- ERP Systems (Axapta preferred not a requirement)
- Fluent English – written and spoken (business level)
