Novo Nordisk’s Global Finance Graduate Programme is the perfect springboard for launching a truly challenging global career. By joining you will have the opportunity to use your master’s degree from 2015 or 2016 to change lives and develop your personal and professional skills.
The Global Finance Graduate Programme
Our Global Finance Graduate Programme is designed to provide you with comprehensive knowledge of the Novo Nordisk finance operation and a solid understanding of the underlying business. During the programme you will develop skills within areas such as financial planning and controlling, project management, accounting and tax. You will be supported through manager sparring, a senior mentor and targeted training.
Develop an international network
The Global Finance Graduate Programme is a 2-year journey of four 6-month rotations:
Three rotations in corporate headquarters in Denmark
One rotation in one of our global sales affiliates or production sites
Global opportunities
After successfully completing the programme you will have the necessary professional and personal skills to embark on a career in Global Finance at Novo Nordisk; for example as a Finance Manager or Business Analyst. While you could be based in Denmark, your broad network and international experience from the programme will provide global career opportunities.
Requirements
You must have a master’s degree from 2015 or 2016 in a relevant subject, for example within Finance, Management Accounting, Economics or International Business and have finished at the top of your class. Ideally you should have no more than 1 year of work experience since finishing your studies.
