Finance Manager Specialist - Financial Risk & Control Management

Ensure transparent and accurate financial reporting As Finance Manager Specialist, you will join a newly established team of specialists, responsible for the financial risk management within the LEGO Group. We establish an overview of financial risk exposure as well as implement and perform controls to mitigate these risks, acting as our "shield and defence" in the LEGO Group. You will play a central role in creating a culture and a control environment mind-set around financial risk and control. You will contribute by: Determining our ambitions and milestones in relation to financial risk management and ensure that our control environment is effective through an Annual Wheel of activities Identifying our key financial risks and determining the mitigating controls as well as updating our process portal Developing global financial risk reporting to management Driving the change management by communicating to and training of the finance organisation and ensuring a control environment mind-set Monitoring performance and compliance Collaboration across our connected community You will join a global environment, allowing you to develop broad knowledge of our finance processes. You will be communicating with colleagues across borders and functions, and this position takes you travelling 10-30 days a year to our local LEGO Hubs within the Business Services Organisation. Experience with international audits and stakeholder management One of the main challenges in this position will be to create an overview of the complex financial processes of the LEGO Group in order to identify key risks and mitigation controls as well as structure the Annual Wheel. Moreover, you will play a key role in inspiring a control environment mind-set in the Finance organisation through the tools of change management. To succeed in this role, you: Have 3+ years of experience from a role in an international audit company or an international business, where you have gained experience with identification and mitigation of financial risks Hold a relevant Master's degree, such as cand.merc.aud.
