About the department

Corporate Facilities Finance & Business Support is part of Corporate Facilities. Corporate Facilities is responsible for facility management and other facility related services throughout Novo Nordisk in Denmark. Corporate Facilities consists of around 300 employees and is responsible for approximately 1.000 outsourced positions within its area of responsibility.



Corporate Facilities Finance & Business Support currently consists of fifteen people with various backgrounds. Our work atmosphere is relaxed, with expectations for solid and dedicated performance.



The job

You will be working with preparation of internal reporting, ad hoc analysis, project execution and provide ongoing support to the controllers in the department. The job will give you a good insight into the daily tasks within finance, controlling and business support and will prepare you for similar jobs in the future.



Qualifications

This will be an excellent opportunity for a master student who is interested in acquiring an understanding of applied financial management. You are currently studying on your master’s degree in finance or economics. Good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a requirement. We expect candidates to be service minded, thrive in a busy and fast changing environment and bring a can-do attitude. Fluency in both oral and written English and at least one Scandinavian language is a requirement.

Practicalities

Requirement: Students in their first or second year of their master studies.

Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 4-6 months.
