Experienced Finance Controller

Nordea Capital Markets IT is looking for an experienced Financial Controller, preferably with solid knowledge in IT budgeting and financial reporting.
The position we offer
As a Senior Financial Controller you will become part of the IT Financial Control team, which is responsible for the Capital Markets IT financial analysis, financial forecasts and controlling. You will be responsible for enabling IT management and our business sponsors to make the right decisions on how to use the IT investment and maintenance budgets.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining solid processes to accommodate the financial reporting requirements Capital Markets IT needs or are asked to deliver. We expect you will be able to innovatively identify and retrieve information sources and compile these into useful reporting.
The qualifications you need
You are an analytic team player with solid knowledge in IT budgeting and financial reporting and a good understanding of the IT development life cycle and ideally experience in supporting an IT organization. As Capital Markets IT strives towards more agile development, experience within this field will be advantageous.
We expect:
-Solid analytical skills and being able to retrieve and analyse financial data from multiple sources and compile these into meaningful reporting
-Self-driven and able to work alone as well as working as part of a team
-Process-orientation
-Excellent presentation skills
-Strong relationships builder and communication skills.
-Experience working with business intelligence tools and data modelling will be advantageous.
-Agile development experience will be advantageous.
Finally, we expect you to be the key force of several controlling processes. You acknowledge the importance of meeting deadlines and you are willing to go the extra mile when required.
The business language in Nordea is English why you must be fluent in spoken and written English.
