In the ERP Project organization you will have a key role during the ERP implementation and roll-out. It is your responsibility to ensure that the system and IT aspects of the

project are functioning smoothly to ensure a glitch-free working environment for the project.

Once the implementation and rollout phases are completed, you will be responsible for the continuous

In general, you will be:

• Responsible for operational management of the technical support team in Manila

Key Responsibilities

As the ERP Operation Manager, you will have the overall responsibility of the technical elements of the solution including;

• Service Delivery Management of the ERP operations

• Management of ERP environments (e.g. development, test and production)

• Release- and deployment management

• End-to-end responsibility and influence in technical design of the ERP system, database replication setup and integrations.

A key task is to provide overview and understanding of the solution and orchestrating the technical resources in-house and from various international vendors. The position includes the operational management of our 2nd level

technical support team in the Philippines.

You will be based in our office in Lyngby, Denmark, and report to the ERP Team Lead. Given that Maersk Drilling is an international organisation operating globally, some travel activity can be expected as per business needs.

You are a team player who is confident with driving and delivering results in cooperation with colleagues and external parties across Maersk Drilling. You have an entrepreneurial mind-set and results oriented approach to your work and you possess excellent interpersonal,

written and oral communication skills.

Solid experience in long-distance operational management is an advantage.

It is important that you have solid ERP experience where your focus has been on the technical aspects, but you also have a solid understanding of replication solutions, the cross functional logistics and financial business processes of an ERP system.

You have extensive experience of the technical aspects of operating an ERP platform preferably based on Oracle

databases; integrations based on Biztalk and in-depth knowledge and hands-on-experience in solution delivery. It is not important that your ERP experience comes from working with IFS, but it is an advantage.
