Would you like to communicate a brand that helps transform people’s lives through sound? Here is your chance to develop our brand marketing activities, spreading the word about our amazing, state of the art hearing aid solutions, which make life sound better to people around the globe.

At GN ReSound we are known for great sound quality, design excellence and meaningful solutions that help people with hearing challenges rediscover hearing. In 2014, we defined the future of hearing by launching ReSound LiNX™, the world’s first made for iPhone® (MFi) Smart Hearing Aid, that integrates Bluetooth Smart Technology, offering direct wireless streaming of sound from Apple IOS devices.

You will join ReSound Brand Marketing where we are 4 colleagues responsible for the ReSound brand and how to communicate it to both the B2C and B2B market. We prepare all launch strategies and communication for new products in order to build brand awareness, and we make sure our visual identity and brand guidelines adhere to it. We create content to use in campaigns, social media and websites in close collaboration with Digital Marketing, which will be a primary point of contact for you.

Develop the ReSound brand and content

You are responsible for managing and supporting the development of ReSound brand marketing activities and creating ideas for product launches and in-market sales support. Accordingly, you develop brand content ensuring impact on the target consumers on both online and offline channels. In particular, you:

• Drive key account product launch campaigns and assets and support the development of brand product launch campaigns.

• Create marketing activities and communication plans that support overall story and brand building.

• Develop content that can be used across marketing channels which define and re-enforce the ReSound brand among existing and potential users.

• Ensure that development of marketing communication activities are based on a solid understanding of the product, customer needs and market specifics.

• Work with vendors and internal teams to build a marketing “engine” delivering user-friendly brand and product content for blog posts, newsletters and social media updates and email campaigns.

Do you have what it takes to make ReSound even more successful?

• As a minimum, you have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or digital development. This is combined with solid experience in project management within marketing, including agency experience or experience from an international marketing department.

• You possess in-depth knowledge and an understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants.

• You have experience in international marketing communication and branding and understand the need for 360 degree alignment and consistency in communication. Experience with digital marketing software like Sitecore, Pardot, and 23 video is a plus.

• You speak and write English fluently.

As a person, you have outstanding communication skills and thrive working in a dynamic work place, where tasks change rapidly. Your drive allows you to execute and finish projects and see the bigger perspectives without getting stuck on details. Moreover, you find it rewarding to work with solutions that improve the quality of life for people with hearing loss. And finally, you do not mind traveling up to 20 days a year to visit key markets and customers.
