BI Specialist for Global Product Supply
LEO Pharma is currently in the middle of an ambitious growth strategy. The growth strategy has resulted in several initiatives and projects that affect the Global Product Supply (GPS) organisation. One of the major projects for the coming year is the global implementation of a new ERP-system (SAP) and further development of a new SAP BI reporting platform.
The right candidate is a BI Specialist with experience within Source, Plan, Make and Deliver areas, who can proactively support and further develop and improve our new BI reporting platform in close collaboration with Super Users and the IT BI team. This to secure high quality and performance in our daily operations to the benefit of more than 1000 internal customers who have an increased demand for business insights, analysis and professional reporting.
Improve our global SAP BI platform
As GPS BI Specialist you will be part of a team, who support and further develop and improve our global SAP BI platform. Your primary responsibilities will be:
- further develop and improve our new global reporting platform (BO Webi, SAP Analysis for Microsoft Excel, Bex Queries, etc.)
- deliver detailed business requirements for BI, gathering, interpreting and facilitating towards BI developers at Global IT
- hands on development of new reports, mock ups, or other specialized reporting requirements as specialist on the BI front end tools
- to participate in projects within GPS and secure high quality in the planning and implementation of these, supporting global standardization of KPIs, performance measurement and transparency
- support end user testing of new reporting, including hands on reconciliation of data
- be part of the establishment of our new global GPS BI Community and ensure support of BI tools, enabling better use of internal resources
Qualifications
We prefer if you hold a relevant education within IT, production, SCM or planning on a master level, and have hands on experience with SAP Business Objects, SAP Analysis for Excel, SAP Bex Queries or other BI tools within the SAP BI platform.
We expect the ideal candidate to have the following competencies:
- be a responsible and dedicated person who enjoys working with IT systems
- can translate and define complex business requirements into meaningful business reporting
- have flair for complex systems and processes and possess technical skills within BI and SAP
- possess knowledge of the Source, Plan, Make and Deliver processes and modules in SAP
- have excellent collaboration skills, both within the department and across functions in LEO including the ability to engage into dialogue with the business on processes and new requirements to further improve our BI solutions.

As BI Specialist in GPS we offer you a position in a strong team, where you will play a key role in maintaining and securing high quality in our daily operations.
You will be part of a team of 14 colleagues in Global Product Supply SAP Center of Excellence, being one of four areas within Patient Supply, holding approximately 65 employees in total.
