About the organisation
AniCura Falu Djursjukhus founded in 1988 is a modern full service animal hospital that takes care of both emergency cases and less urgent medical, surgical, and dental issues.
Along with branches in Borlänge and Luvika we treat 28,000 patients a year and are a team of 70 persons.
We strive to ensure that our skill and experience combined with our state of the art facilities allow us to provide emergency treatment, treatment and monitoring both stationery and in quarantine in cases of infection.
We have state of the art facilities for performing arthroscopic surgery.
Our dedicated dental team has access to advance dental equipment, such as a digital radiograph and an intraoral camera.
Further we have veterinarians specialized in dog and cat diseases, and specialists within dermatology and ophthalmology.
Falu Djursjukhus is an established competence center and serves as referral and training hospital.
