Join our Holiday Village Team as Qualified Swimming Instructor and help to deliver amazing holidays for our youngest guests. You will make a huge difference to family holidays by delivering fun and professional lessons to adults, toddlers and kids aged 3 years and above.
What you will be doing
- Delivering professional swimming lessons in a fun but safe environment
- Tailoring sessions to each individual to balance fun and engagement with technical progression
- Coaching children & adults of varying abilities following the syllabus provided
- Actively selling and promoting sessions to encourage maximum attendance
- Delivering parent & toddler sessions
- Taking part in other activities including daytime activities, team shows and party dances
- Helping colleagues and guests by solving any general questions or complaints on-the-spot
What we are looking for
- ASA Level 2 Swim Teaching Qualification or equivalent
- A current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification NPLQ
- Experience of swim teaching and working with children
- The ability to communicate well with adults, families and children of all ages
- Willing to work long and varied hours in a variety of our Holiday Destinations
- Confident, fun and creative personality with the natural want to work as part of a big team
- The maturity to live and work independently abroad and to manage own finances
