Approximately 200 employees is working at Haukipudas Plant. We are looking a PLANT CONTROLLER The position is located in Oulu (Haukipudas), Finland The Plant Controller coordinates, administers, and controls financial operations. Reviews, analyzes, and interprets financial and budgetary reports. Directs all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of annual financial forecasts. Oversees the development of financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting requirements. As a member of the local management team you participate actively in developing the local business. Requirement: BA in Finance or Accounting 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance (Manufacturing experience would be a plus) Change manager natural leader Ability to communicate across organizational functions Solid people management skills to create strong liaison with commercial leaders Able to make decisions and drive performance of factory management Solid Financial planning skills and experience - able to smartly design and execute financial tracking and planning tools that allow for reliable, efficient financial forecasts Proactive and Timely - Insightfulness and timeliness of financial reporting and planning Fluent in English, both written and verbal For further information please call Harri Hautala at Sanmina, +358 40 8610442.
