Secure solid processes and planning Joining Mould Design & Manufacturing in Billund, you will be part of a department consisting of 3 individual teams, one of which you will lead. Your team focuses on delivering mould designs/tool constructions in the right quality and on time to our internal customers. This makes us an anchor point in the value chain and a gatekeeper on high quality moulds for the production facilities in the LEGO Group. Leadership experience from technical organisation As your primary focus will be on leading your team, it is important that you have leadership capabilities along with process and planning skills. Leadership goes both ways, meaning you have the communication skills to advice, guide and inform people at higher and lower levels in the organisation. You will also need to have a solid business understanding and be able to comprehend the entire value chain that your team is a vital part of.
