As the production at Biogen continues to expand, we are looking for experienced manufacturing associates for Media prep.

You will working 7 days in a 14 day period - five days one week and two days the following week (incl. every other weekend) and the working hours will be either 18-06 or 06-18.

Have you got bulk production experience within media prep or a solid theoretical understanding, and would you like to play an important role in a world-class biotech production at Biogen, then you might be the person we are looking for.



We work in teams of up to 8 manufacturing associates, and you will report to a supervisor for media-prep. There are several production teams in the area, all of which report to the area director of this area. Preferably you have experience from biopharmaceutical production and are used to working under GMP, as well as having experience of mixing solutions. Media Prep is responsible for the production of media solutions as well as supporting the other production areas.



The position:

Media Prep is responsible for the production of solutions with a recipe, which is used by Cell Culture. On a daily basis there will be production routines carried out in a cGMP environment as well as the preparation and review of cGMP documents.



Other important tasks:



• Operation of autoclaves etc.

• Handling / filling batch documentation

• Preparing, responsibility of - and monitoring of production equipment

• In process measurements and aseptic sampling

• Execution of validation protocols

• Other ad hoc tasks.



Your profile:

The ideal candidate has solid experience within pharmaceutical production and is an Industrial or Process operator or similar relevant background. Alternatively, you are a recent graduate with solid theoretical knowledge.

You are technically sound and have good understanding of production equipment and procedures, and have good experience with cGMP regulations. Furthermore, it is an advantage if you know the control system Delta V
