Job offer description
Tandem is highly specialized in the slow-cooking sauces of the local tradition: the Neapolitan Ragù and the
Onion Genovese, which need to cook at least eight hours. In seven years we’ve opened four restaurants, a
pizzeria and two take-away places.
We are looking for new staff as chef, chef assistant and washdisher.
Since we follow the traditional receipts, and our average costumer comes to our restaurants to recover "the old, dear taste" of grandmother's lunch, our chef and his/hers assistant do NOT need to be creative and gourmet-specialized. Main features required are: discipline, good attitude toward colleagues, problem-solving, cleanness, capacity of work under stress.
