Wir suchen für unser Hotel Rupertihof in Ainring eine/n Leiter m/w/d der Hotelküche zum nächst möglichen Zeitpunkt.

Aufgaben:

- Küchenleitung

- traditionell-moderne Küche, zum Teil a la carte, zum Teil Halbpension. 

- Wareneinsatz und Qualitätskontrolle

Anforderungen:

- Eine Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin unbedingt erforderlich und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung erwünscht

- Lebensmittelhygiene

- gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2)

- Führungspersönlichkeit mit Eigeninitiative

Personalunterkunft ist bei Bedarf möglich.
