We design and deliver Global IT Compliance Services to support Global IT Processes and we need you to become part of expanding our quality and compliance services globally.
About the department
Our area, IT Shared Services, delivers system- & service management activities to a diverse set of IT systems & Infrastructure services across Novo Nordisk. We specialise in quality and compliance services where demand is increasingly driven by the regions incentive to adhere to global requirements. We zoom in on the operational parts of delivering compliance activities and focus on a defined set of tasks which we look to refine and standardise to the extent possible before potentially transitioning it as a shared service to an offshore or outsourced setup.
The department have a dual location setup between Denmark and India. In Denmark we do delivery of the more complex compliance tasks along with development of compliance services to be offshored or outsourced. We have very close interactions with our offshore setup in India who delivers the operational service. Our department is driving the implementation of the Shared Service concept across the regions in Novo Nordisk. Our department introduces new ways of working abandoning silo based thinking and instead introducing universal solutions.
The job
The job is with IT Compliance Services and part of the IT Shared Services organization residing under the Senior Vice President of Corporate IT. The department is physically situated in Bagsværd, Denmark.
We set out to attract skilled quality and compliance colleagues with great attention to detail and real life experience in IT compliance. We rely on you to be service minded and demonstrate a “Can Do” attitude. We offer you to become part of a very dedicated and skilled team working across boundaries with off-shoring and outsourcing. The nature of our tasks dictates us to be strong in forecasting and capacity planning and we depend on you to be able to forecast tasks and plan accordingly. We need you to be curious to Service Management and the Shared Service concept – as you will become an ambassador of Shared Services dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Qualifications
You hold an academic degree. You must have 3 - 5 years of experience with IT quality management preferably with experience from all life cycles of an IT system in the pharmaceutical industry and experience navigating within a strict Quality Management System. We expect you to be able to work independently and actively seek support from your surroundings when needed. You make a difference and you are dedicated and determined to complete tasks – as an individual and in cooperation with your colleagues. You have strong communication skills and you are able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and a nuance of opinions. You work in a structured way and are used to deliver according to targets. You are fluent in both written and spoken English on a professional level and have a global mindset which embraces cultural diversity.
