We are now hiring Contact Managers to join our team in Biztech's Operations Center in Barcelona, creating Europe’s leading IT Market Information Service.

Working hours:
08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Thursday
08:00 - 16:00 Friday
Your working days include:
- Interviewing IT directors and managers over telephone / web meetings
- Establish and develop professional relationships to provide them with the most exciting IT Market Intelligence services
- Working with the most modern Cloud solutions

Required qualifications:
- You speak fluent Norwegian
- You speak and write English fluently
- Great communication skills
- You are result and customer oriented, like working in a team and are proactive, flexible and resolute
- We are not looking for trainees. We expect you to have skills in independent and productive working.
- You feel comfortable working in a tightly-knit and growth-oriented small company.
Not required (but helps) qualifications:
- Ideally you have experience of working in Customer Service / Business Development
- Knowledge of the IT industry
- Bachelor equivalent
