Description

Organic Chemistry – Biochemistry – Reagent Chemistry

Next Generation Technologies in Radiometer is seeking a dynamic chemist with strong understanding of the chemistry in sensors and assays. The New Technologies team identifies, evaluates, and matures technology for integration in our POC analyzer platform. As part of this team, you will work primarily with development of next generation parameters for blood analysis.

The job

As a chemist in sensor Development, you will be responsible for running from the proof-of-concept to verification of the sensor. You will be involved in the design, trouble-shooting, and verification including protocols and reports.

You will participate in a cross-functional project group, where you will have the responsibility of the chemical design of the sensor that fulfils the analytical and clinical needs.

Qualifications

- Master of Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Chemical Engineer

- Experienced in organic or analytical chemistry and applied UV/VIS spectroscopy

- Experience with reagent development

- Experience with analysis of blood or blood components is an advantage
