Booking Adviser - Multilingual (m/f)

Kelly Services is recruiting Booking Adviser (m/f) to work in Lisbon.



Do you like Tourism? Are you passionate about online business and have experience in Customer Care Assistant? Then we have the right job for you!

As a Booking Adviser, you'll be responsible for providing the best possible customer service, by answering customer's queries (by phone or via email) and by an accurate follow-up. This means that you should be able to create and ensure a fruitful relationship with customers.

 

Profile:

- Excellent fluency in written and spoken in English, and in one of the following languages: Spanish, German, Portuguese from Brazil, Dutch (mandatory);

- Emphatic, critical thinker and creative;

- Excellent communication skills;

- Analytical thinking and organization;

- Resistance to stress;

- Strong customer orientation;

- Results-driven;

- Flexible and committed.



Workload - from Monday to Sunday, between 07h - 22h
