Maersk Drilling is currently looking for a dedicated Training Coordinator to support the Rig Teams in our Denmark Operations. The position is located in Charlottenlund, Denmark.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Training Coordinator include, but are not limited to the following:

• Ensure all training is done in compliance with all governing regulations from Danish Maritime Authority (DMA) and Maersk Drilling policies, hereunder our Safe Manning requirements

• Communication and liaison with our client on training related matters

• Coordinate training for all offshore personnel, including booking courses, hotels, and transportation and coordinate all shore-based training

• Input and maintain records of all training using MyHR and other company databases

• Set up agreements with 3rd party vendors for training courses

• Prepare crew statistics for various information meetings

• Cross train and back-up other HR Operational Coordinators when necessary

• Be involved in other HR duties on ad-hoc basis and support Rig Team Operations when required



Who we are looking for

Our preferred candidate has good knowledge as an HR generalist and experience with handling HR processes. As a person you are flexible, service minded, proactive and team work oriented.

We imagine that you have

• A university degree in a relevant field

• Experience and proficiency within IT, hereunder Microsoft Office applications

• Min a few years relevant business experience

• Ability and willingness to work flexible schedule and be “on-call” as needed

• Excellent follow up and attention to detail

• High integrity and personal credibility

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Ability to self-start and prioritize

• Professional attitude and demeanor

• Experience with SAP HR is an advantage
