As soon as possible we are looking for a
Software Engineer (m/f/d)
Permanent position · Full-time · Garching b. München
Your tasks:
- Maintaining and extending the software for controlling the robot
- Developing and maintaining our build system
- Testing the software before deployment to the robot
- Integrating Linux kernel modules for different sensors
- Maintaining and improving the runtime environment
- Collecting data from the robotic system
Your profile:
- Fluent with modern C++ (11/14)
- Familiar with Linux and its ecosystem
- Experienced with Python and/or Bash scripting
- Experienced with Git
- Familiar with SQLite
- Willing to explore unknown territory
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
Nice to have:
- Familiar with C++17/20 and CMake
- Familiar with CANopen, I2C, SPI protocols
- Proficiency in German is an advantage
