For the international company located in Poland, we are looking for a staff member for the position of Customer Service in French and EnglishDescription:
- Managing French speaking clients needs over e-mail or phone from

- Solving problems
- Providing support for other departments
- Maintaining high quality of customer service
Requirements:
- Fluent French (C1 level) and very good English (B2 level)
- High customer service orientation
- communication skills
- positive and proactive attitude
- Experience in Customer Service will be a strong asset
