The Person:
We are looking to recruit a standards focused, friendly, smiling individual to work in our Accommodation Department. You will be passionate about people and providing superb guest service.
Duties:
- To carry out bedroom cleaning to Hotel standards, as required
- Cleaning public areas and corridors to the Hotel's standards
- To report any maintenance issues to the Accommodation Supervisor/Manager
- Ensure all checklists are completed
- Maintain room key security at all times
- To ensure guest satisfaction at all times
- To adhere to all health and safety standards at all times
Applicants must be available to work up to 39 hours every week, morning and afternoon/evening shifts. Rosters are over 7 days.
