The department works as the liaison between the Project Execution and the Sales departments, thus the position has a broad interface to both internal and external stakeholders. What are my responsibilities? Preparing proposal requests for offshore construction and installation work Calculating project cost budgets, preparing time schedules and planning the entire project execution phase Preparing vetting and participating in contract negotiations with the customers Carrying out national and international surveys of e.g. offshore sites and preassembly ports before the construction phase begins Collection of lessons learned from the project execution phase for future projects and calculations Ensuring competitive solutions for the offshore projects What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a technical background, e.g. in engineering combined with at least two years experience in logistics/planning from the construction You have knowledge of tender processes, contract and risk management as well as project implementation As a person, you are structured and analytical with a pragmatic and costumer oriented mindset You are fluent in English, both orally and in writing and you possess IT flair in general and especially in Excel In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
