Collaborate to facilitate engaging digital experiences As a senior producer, you will join our in-house agency, Consumer Marketing Agency, where you lead the digital development of our crowdsourcing platforms such as LEGO Ideas. Here, you use your understanding of consumer engagement to facilitate creative digital experiences within a team of passionate digital specialists. You will enable a constructive and collaborative working relationship between internal roles and external partners located in Canada, and your main responsibilities will be to: - Facilitate digital deliverables on time, budget and quality - Manage internal and external project group stakeholders with direction as well as road maps and budgets - Manage vendors, including contract management - Work with your customers on strategy and concept development - Use prototyping as a central part of the development process Take digital LEGO experiences to the next level You will join a company that is passionate about the impact of play and where creativity and deep engagement are cornerstones. Collaborative process and vendor manager The challenge is to embrace a multifaceted stakeholder landscape, while structuring, managing and working with their input. You are able to handle vendor relations to constructively influence and challenge their ideas. Obviously, you have a talent for developing concepts and strategies, are digitally savvy, and you: Hold a degree in media, IT, communication or marketing Have 5+ years of experience with web and app production or online marketing - perhaps from an agency or a large global company Have an understanding of digital production and marketing as well as possess a consumer mindset Experience working with Scrum/SAFe Preferably have experience working with crowdsourcing Communicate effortlessly in English - both spoken and written Bringing it to life "The great thing is that you will be able to impact adult LEGO fans all over the world with the digital experiences you produce.
